Feedback
– Start with interaction. E.g. ask – who is flying on a regular basis? who wants how all this flights work? or better NOT know? : )
- slide #1. Price was high. How high? Let's compare.
- reservation systems – what technologies are in use? COBOL? shmobol?
– remove acronyms (CRS, GDS, LCA, O&O etc.) to make things more humane
– didn't get what is Booking Class. Tell stories!
MAJORS:
- I have got boarding, but... The major takeaway: media issues price is lower than overbooking???
– you are mentioning numbers, comparing them, sooo fast. Nothing stays in the head. Slow down
– The "price are never real" slide is the most interesting. The most relevant. Anyway WAY TOO MUCH IS SAID. Cut to the essence. Can make it interactive (why cache?)
– you try to say too much. Keep the messages, sentences shorter, 5x shorter.
– don't hurry. "Nu" means you are in hurry. Just slow down instead of saying "nu".
– I didn't understand much, because the pace was too fast and there is no pause between sentences. Especially when you give examples, slow down, keep pauses.
– For every slide, ask yourself: "WHAT I WANT TO SAY? WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO 100 PEOPLE? WHAT IS THE MAIN TAKEAWAY TO MY LISTENER?"
