This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Brake Point ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is published by Marouane Elaich.
Brake Point does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no advertising. The game works fully offline.
The App saves your game progress — such as your best score, coins earned, and unlocked cars — locally on your device only, using your device's standard app storage. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Because the App stores data only on your own device and we hold no information about you, you remain in full control: uninstalling the App removes all locally stored game data.
If we change how the App handles data — for example, if a future version adds analytics or advertising — we will update this policy and the App's store listing before those changes take effect. Please review this page periodically.
