Things I always do on a new system

  1. Copy

    • .profile
    • .git-completion.bash
    • .vimrc
    • Optionally grab my ssh keys and ssh config file

  2. Run

     git config --global color.ui auto
 git config --global user.name "Stephen Lottermoser"
 git config --global user.email [email protected]

  3. Things I like to install

    • Ruby 1.9.3
    • Homebrew if on OS X
    • nmap, wget
