The 6VB sound board used for the Bally Sente SAC-I/II hardware also used a National Semiconductor MM5837 for noise.

Mind adding speech synthesizers into the list? The GI SP0250 is notable for being used for bass in a few Gottlieb System 80B pinball tables. There's also a few Williams/Bally pinball tables that used CVSD (via a Harris HC-55516/36/64) encoded speech as vocals in rare cases.
