#install enviroment dependencies
sudo apt-get install lib32stdc++6
sudo apt-get install lib32z1
#install ionic
npm install -g cordova ionic@beta
cd ~/workspace
#free some space (you may need to make more of this)
sudo rm -r /home/ubuntu/.gradle/caches/*
sudo rm -r /var/cache/*
#create demo app
ionic start myApp tabs
cd ~/workspace/myApp
#install hot push stuff
cordova plugin add cordova-hot-code-push-plugin
cordova plugin add cordova-hot-code-push-local-dev-addon
npm install -g cordova-hot-code-push-cli
#repeat: you may need to install dependencies again
sudo apt-get install lib32stdc++6
sudo apt-get install lib32z1
