Allie, Consuelo

Goals and Expectations for the Project

(What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

Allie: Get all iterations done and learn connecting backend and front, as well as testing hooks Consuelo: Learning and getting motivation back, get a working app

Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):

Allie: Project managing, breaking stuff down into chunks and assigning it, testing Consuelo: Good communicator, one started on something like to get it done, good commits.

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:

Break things down into smaller components and timebox them, figure out priorities, go to rocks and mentors when help is needed.

Go to mentors and helpful classmates. And backend!

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):

Allie: Wednesday ballet, can stay late other days, inlaws in town over weekend. Night owl. Consuelo: Wednesday birthday, Thursday posse meeting, Friday posse meeting. 10:30 bedtime.

Communication Expectations

(How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?):

StandUp every other day after lunch, Mondays, Weds, Fri Project board Slack - merge each other's PR's

Allie: Get better and express and knex Consuelo: Get better and express and knex

Pair on testing Divide up endpoints evenly Split up front end and backend and work separately in an agile fashion
