We are looking for an experiecend C/C++ developer to help us fix bugs, implement new features and improve llnode, the Node.js C++ plugin for LLDB, a next generation, high-performance debugger.
The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, the following issues:
- findrefs performance improvement
- Reading core dumps bigger than 1 Gbyte
- error message for a node binary to core file mismatch
- workqueue command
- Strong proficiency in C/C++
- Knowledge of debuggers (GDB or LLDB)
- Experience with core dump analysis
- Willing to develop an understanding of Chrome V8 JavaScript engine internals
- This is a contract position
- This is a fully remote position
- Contract duration is 3-6 months, with possible extension
- Rate and terms depend on experience
