Privacy Policy

Effective: September 2024

This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with GDPR. By using the Experiments bot, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

Data Collection and Usage

We collect the following data to provide and improve our service:

  • Functional Data: Server ID, Name, Features, Member Count, Vanity URL, Hub Type
    • To check and display enabled experiments for your server.
  • Analytics Data: Server and User IDs, Owner ID, Timestamp, Guild and User Name, Event Data
    • To analyze usage patterns and enhance the bot’s functionality.

Third-Party Services:

Data Protection and Rights

  • Security: We implement sufficient security measures and access control to protect your data.
  • Data Sharing: We use third-party services such as June.so for analytics and Sentry.io for error tracking. These services process data solely on our behalf, and they implement their own robust security measures to protect your data.
  • Retention: Functional data is processed in real-time and not stored long-term.

Your Rights:

  • You can access, correct, request a copy, or delete your data by contacting us.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time by simply stopping your usage of the bot.
  • You have the right to data portability and to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing.
  • You have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  • Policy Updates: Any changes to this policy will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified to users through the Discord server. Continued use of the bot implies acceptance of the updated policy.

Experiments Terms of Service

  4. that you use this bot ‘as-is,’ with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, liability, or suitability for any particular purpose
  5. that we may update these terms with or without prior notice, and continued use of the bot after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms

We may at any time introduce blocks against account(s) or server(s). Violations of these terms, including attempts to circumvent blocks, may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the bot, without prior notice or the possibility of appeal.
