Android - Update Android SDK from the commandline

Update the installed packages

sdkmanager --update

List all items (--all is needed to show obsolete, build tools and other items)

sdkmanager --list

Install a new package from the out put from --list

sdkmanager "build-tools;26.0.0"

Example

sdkmanager "build-tools;26.0.0" "platforms;android-26"

Would that work for windows and in fully non-interactive mod ?
