I recall a dream from childhood
Wave of magic delight (it is actually some gibberish)
Ded Moroz (Russian version of Santa Claus) will come to me
And will bring his bag

Childhood went into fog
Youth went far away
But at Chistmas night
I see the tale again and again

I see winter snow in the window
Something gibberish about light and magic
And in the Christmas night
Ded Moroz will ignite the fires

I'll slowly sit down at the table
My soul will be filled with warmth
I'll drink, pour again, and become sad
I'll remember my childhood dream
