Scrape and Translate Russian Grant Website

Python3 Jupyter notebook to scrape and then translate (Russian to English) tabular data from Russian federal grant website. Done on request for student XXX, Bowdoin College by Stephen Houser

NOTE You will have to supply your own Google API (api-project-credentials.json) key for the translation to work!
