Use correct datetime

Append link to trac at end of description Append trac keywords .....

construct list of labels get milestone, check valid and assign check owner exists and assign - if doesn't exist - don't assign to anyone ..... Put all comments from trac into a single comment created by ticket reporter. Maybe set the datetime as the datetime of the last comment
