This code no handle custom-url with accents :
I have replaced the return of Text.normalize_casefold() line 77 :
before :
return Text.normalize("NFKD", text.casefold()))
after :
return Text.normalize("NFKD", text.casefold()) .encode('ascii', 'ignore').decode("utf-8")
This remove all accent and solve the problem
I think it's not possible to do a pull request on gist
