By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
SuppleMate subscriptions provide full access to premium features:
- Unlimited supplement reminders.
- Enhanced inventory management.
- Customizable dosing schedules.
- Flexible intake cycle management.
- Detailed intake history and analytics.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payments are processed through your Apple ID account.
- Your account will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription renewals will be charged within 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.
- Prices may vary based on region, taxes, or applicable fees.
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID account settings:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Locate SuppleMate and tap on it.
- Choose your preferred subscription options or select Cancel Subscription to terminate your subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
SuppleMate subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly. SuppleMate does not process refunds directly.
SuppleMate reserves the right to update or modify these subscription terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you through in-app notifications or email.
Continued use of SuppleMate after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
