Public sharing edition of the September 10, 2026 assessment. Findings describe the snapshots reviewed at that time, not a live deployment status page. Private host identifiers, local filesystem links, and deployment-specific credential findings have been omitted. Praxis repository sources may require organization access.

Recommendation. Keep Akela operating on its present deployment while preparing a verified release of the already-integrated upstream code. There is no outstanding main merge to perform. Fix the demonstrated Slack command collision before that release, apply the reviewed database migrations explicitly, and keep the ongoing activity/UI work a separate release decision. For the broader Praxis product, evaluate Mastra Factory as a reusable delivery engine before investing further in generic session, board, dispatch, and review infrastructure. Claude Code Session Manager — Architecture Design

Clean-sheet redesign of Claude Code session management for the Baymax agent platform. Replaces the custom tmux bridge and trigger daemon with the Claude Agent SDK + Bus integration.

System

Our systems run on Heroku which sits on top of Amazon AWS. All systems are located in the United States availability zones. Application logs are stripped of sensitive data, collected by LogEntries, and stored for fourteen days.
