                The recession is very likely over.  Keep in mind 'recession' is a technical term meaning a decline in business activity.  Just because it ends doesn't mean everything is hunky dory again.  It doesn't even mean the economy is growing, it just means it has stopped receding/recessing.  There were two recessions during the Great Depression for instance.

                Yes and No &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The question is kind of like asking if a coma patient is getting better.  Yes, there might be movement and they are not getting worse but it might be a while before they are up and around.
