This is a comparison that I made when I was testing different VPS / VDS providers using nench.sh server benchmark.

It seems that contabo and zomro are obviously lying about using ssd servers. Arubacloud is not suitable for a long time high LA projects, they will just cut your VPS / VDS resources.

I ended up using 60$ dedicated server at hetzner but then I refactored my project and now I' am using 5$ VPS at digitalocean.
