Up to today I work only for non-professional tiny teams and single entrepreneurs. But my knowledge outgrew them! By far!
I do operations and consulting for SaaS manufacturers.
Research areas: Service providers, Technologies, The whole life-cycle of a web application: Design, Development, Deployment (CI/CD), Stability, Security, Performance and Sustainability, Handling Technical Debt, Application Dashboard, E-commerce, Company processes: Cyber Security, Internal Communications, Document Management, Customer Relationships including Marketing, Sales and Support.
So I can differentiate Sustainable from not sustainable!
At various infrastructure providers: domain registrar, DNS, cloud server, SSL certificate, CDN, transactional and one-to-one email, object storage.
At third-party providers: payment, invoicing, video, map, font, search, live chat, analytics, user tracking, error tracking.
In server software: Debian package management, Linux kernel services (e.g. entropy), NTP, firewall, process monitoring, MTA, system backup.

I'm in contact with the operators/developers of all the above.
As my clients do not expect me to do proper work (they are content with a sub-MVP) I've began to contribute to existing high-quality projects – as Larastan and WP-CLI – and started new ones, e.g. WordPress extensions for PHPStan.
