for the vp9 format

for /f "tokens=1 delims=." %a in ('dir /B *.mp4') do ffmpeg -i "%a.mp4" -c:v libvpx-vp9 -lossless 1 "output_%a.mp4"

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -c:v libvpx-vp9 -lossless 1 output.mp4
