Harrow Women's Centre Technical Issues

Four windows 10 machines - all linked to a server.  The situation with each machine is as follows

1) R's or volunteer machine - 2 user accounts, both passwords missing 
2) D's machine (admin, counselling and volunteer) admin works here
3) 5 accounts including (Admin, Counselling, Finance, Training, Trustees)
4) A's machine (logs in as advice and volunteering) has problems with resetting sometimes and going funny

D's problems with her machine

 - no out of office
 - Some features not working
 - Windows machine
 - Maybe wrong package installed

Prefer not to create new logins for volunteers on all machines due to some sensitive data

Key problems
- Cannot retrieve manager's email account
- Cannot use machine 1 for volunteers (previous password failing) or for new manager (old manager R does not remember password)

Recommended Actions

* reset/recover passwords using one of options 5, 6 or 7 of https://www.lifewire.com/ways-to-find-lost-windows-passwords-2626122 --> windows 10 implies best chance with option 5.2, 5.6 or 6 
* inspect A's machine to ensure software is completely up to date
