| Servings: 5-6 | |
| INGREDIENTS | |
| 5 slices of Morningstar Bacon | |
| 1 bag of Morningstar Original Crumbles | |
| 3 cups of Four Cheese Mexican Blend grated cheese | |
| 1½ cups of whole milk | |
| ½ cup of heavy whipping cream | |
| 3 large eggs | |
| ½ tsp freshly ground pepper | |
| pinch of table salt | |
| 2 lbs frozen Tater Tots | |
| DIRECTIONS | |
| 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (bake). | |
| 2. In a large skillet, cook crumbles on medium high heat with 1/3 of water for four minutes. Once done, spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with olive oil cooking spray and spread the crumbles out evenly in the pan. Evenly sprinkle 2 cups of cheese over crumbles. | |
| 3. In a large bowl, hand-whisk milk, eggs, pepper and salt. Once mixed, pour evenly over the cheese and crumbles in baking dish. Layer top with frozen tater tots. | |
| 4. Place the pan on the lower middle position. Bake casserole for 35 minutes. After about 30 minutes, cook bacon in pan until ready, then chop it up and top the casserole along with the last cup of cheese. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until sides are bubbling and top is golden brown. | |
| 5. Let rest for 10 minutes in room temperature, and serve. |
