This Rack middleware for Rails3 lets you see a call-trace of the lines of ruby code in your application invoked during a single request. Only code within your app is considered (i.e. in the /app folder). This expands on my previous attempt (https://gist.github.com/3077744). Example of output in comments below.
require 'singleton'
# outputs a colored call-trace graph to the Rails logger of the lines of ruby code
# invoked during a single request.
#
# Example:
#
# 1) Make sure this file is loaded in an initializer
#
# 2) Add the following to your application.rb in Rails3:

Checkout github pull requests locally

Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config file. It looks like this:

[remote "origin"]
	fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
	url = [email protected]:joyent/node.git

Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/* to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:

Prevent UIWebview "rubber band" scrolling in Phonegap apps on iOS
/*
Inserting the following into application:didFinishLaunchingWithOptions: in
the AppDelegate.m of your app will prevent the parent UIWebview for scrolling
with the "rubber band" bouncing effect, which can make the app feel more native.
*/
// Prevent the webview rubber-banding behavior (but allow other stuff to scroll)
