Nice!! I find this works better in my .vimrc:

autocmd BufRead *_spec.rb syn keyword rubyRspec describe context it specify it_should_behave_like before after setup subject
highlight def link rubyRspec Function

missing some keywords, such as its shared_examples_for and shared_context (new in 2.6) as per https://gist.github.com/980679
