Actually, can you tell me if you're running AdBlock in Chrome?
The issue, ultimately, is a problem with AdBlock blocking the js script because it had /affiliations in the path. We'll be pushing a fix for this next week.

Hi - we're working on openstack.org site on behalf of the OpenStack Foundation. Can you give a little more background on how you came across this error? That error is very specifically related to the user profile on the site. Were you attempting to edit your user org affiliations? Any details you can give us would be great.
Thank you!
