1.Reflections on week 3 (what went well? What would you like to do better? What do you need help with?):

The solo challenge went well for me as well as I took some time for self care. Again with this week I am not sure what I need to do better and currently I do not need help with anything.

2.Progress on your goal(s):

No progress, I had not had any questions I really need but I also find that even when I try to put a word in I am usually cut off, or this cohort likes to do things on their own alot so I find I am sitting in breakout room even if I am stuck not bothering to ask for help cause I don't want to bother them.

3.Progress on your habit(s):

Have a couple of rough days where I fell out of the routine due to some pain but I am getting back into it slowly again.

4.New ideas or changes to put into place this week:

I think I will just kind of stay where I am with this cohort. Do my work and continue on.
