- Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is completed
- Payment is due in full at the time of order

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless defective
- All artworks sold are guaranteed authentic as described
- Full ownership and title transfer to the buyer upon payment completion

- Any copyright or reproduction rights remain with the original artist unless explicitly transferred
Roger Art Gallery's liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Damages resulting from improper handling after delivery
- Color variations due to display settings or lighting
