Checkout github pull requests locally

Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config file. It looks like this:

[remote "origin"]
	fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
	url = [email protected]:joyent/node.git

Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/* to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:

PRs as Git Branches

If you want to download GitHub PRs to your local repository, you can use a little trick to download them as local branches.

Open the repository configuration file (.git/config) and search for the origin block. Change it from:

[remote "origin"]
	fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
	url = [email protected]:USERNAME/REPOSITORY.git

jQuery Plugin for Spin.js

You can now create a spinner using any of the variants below:
$("#el").spin(); // Produces default Spinner using the text color of #el.
$("#el").spin("small"); // Produces a 'small' Spinner using the text color of #el.
$("#el").spin("large", "white"); // Produces a 'large' Spinner in white (or any valid CSS color).
$("#el").spin({ ... }); // Produces a Spinner using your custom settings.
$("#el").spin(false); // Kills the spinner.
