| 1 tsp baking powder | |
| 1 tsp cinnamon | |
| 1 tsp cocoa | |
| 1 packet truvia | |
| 1 egg | |
| mix in coffee cup | |
| microwave for 65 seconds | |
| add chopped banana and almond butter | |
| get full as hell with protein and fiber |
