  • Ready to apply Fiber optics internet
  • TV set

Furnitures to Add

  • Dish shelf in the kitchen
  • toilet water spray(if don't have yet)
  • Microwave Oven (small one should be fine)
  • Replace double bed in common room with single bed (two common rooms must have 4 single beds/bedframes)
  • one makeup desk for master room
  • one computer desk for one common room
  • chairs for all three rooms
