I'm really humbled that you're reading this, because it means that you care enough about including me in something that you came here to find out how to do that. I can work 8 hour days, usually more, as long as I can break up the work into chunks and rest between them. I'm available to work Sunday - Friday, but not on Saturday unless it's absolutely critical.
I'm my parents' legal guardian and that demands time, just like my two children demand time. I'm not always able to control when that happens, and that's partly why I break up my days.
No steep stairs. Elevators for more than two flights. I need to make decisions about events based on context at the time because I do have immune system issues to watch out for.
