Lets make a page we can put on responsivenews.co.uk to tell people what its like to work here. Its just something we can point people to when we don't/in addition to a job ad. It annoys me that we don't have something like this.
Agree with @sthulbourn -> this needs a paragraph of text to explain/clarify each point.
Probably worth including a point about the fact that code base is open to change/evolution (lets devs know they can have an impact).

Yep, definitely flesh them out. This is a skeleton starting point. Dave could take some nice photos with his camera for us to use.
