4/12
-
Nick: API work for lot creation and checkpoint creation and product index. Should be good to go for form interaction.
-
David: Worked on React forms for lot and checkpoint.
-
Ethan: Web3 connection is good! Needs to interact with form data. Wanting to deploy the blockchain to simplify demo and development.
-
Mike: Worked on api service with David. Update seed and readme.
4/11
-
Nick: Good start on API changes, lots, UUIDs
-
David: fixed Web3 issue, developing create checkpoint form
-
Ethan: Cleaned up the truffle app, messed around with Web3 problem, fixed documentation.
-
Mike: Axios PR, Styling PR, seed data API PR, Nightwatch.js PR
4/10
-
Nick: Curious to see how we wire up everything
-
David: Fun weekend, ready to work
-
Ethan: Worked on Nick G.'s open source project, got some Web3 insights.
-
Mike: Worked on axios connection with API
4/3
-
Nick: did read-ing
-
David: made readme
-
Ethan: general reading
-
Mike: token-based authentication
3/30
-
Nick: Paired with Ethan. Detailed stories are in the tracker. How things will be stored and accessed are described.
-
David: Rails API is good, ready to make a PR. Spent more time on Swagger than would have liked. Played more with Solidity.
-
Ethan: Paired with Nick on stories. Foresees authentication needs that create a wallet on the BC.
-
Mike: Developed wireframes.
Overall: let's move to assuming deployment to TestRPC isntead of making a perfect ecosystem for the real BC.
3/29
-
Nick: worked on making basic contracts, thanks to David for the API setup, feeling good about the overview of blockchain, feels ready to dive in. Would have a hard time starting solo, but ready to pair.
-
David: Wants to fill out API endpoints, started the base. Let's go over endpoints needed. Solidity wise, ready to dive in. Testing is improving, but still incomplete.
-
Ethan: Pseudo coded the contracts. David and DavidEnabled more clear. Discussion to be had about: two ways to track coins and transactions. Nonce vs. event tracking.
-
Mike: react front-end is set up and basic. Remember tags in PRs.
3/28
-
Nick: block-chain research, reading on solidity, truffle, rpc, and Monax.
- unclear about actually implementing
-
David: read through all of Monax, interested in more Web3
-
Ethan: looking into how to store data in a distributed database and not the contract
-
Mike: read into ConsenSys best practices, Monax, React app
