| - Dry it | |
| Setup three bowls: | |
| * flour | |
| * egg wash (some water, olive oil, pinch seasoning, salt and pepper. Whisked | |
| * panko, 1 cup shredded parm, pinch salt, garlic powder and oregano (half to 1 teaspoon), Italian seasoning tablespoon | |
| Place on plate or wire rack. | |
| Flatten if needed. | |
| Heat veg oil in pan to 350. | |
| Wait a few minutes for the panko to stick | |
| Fry chicken in oil. 3 min each side or 165 | |
| In casserole, top with sauce. Add sliced moz and shredded moz. Drain oil. | |
| Bake 5-10 at 350. Cover in aluminum foil. | |
| Check cheese is melted. Make sure still 165 | |
| Top with basil. Serve with spaghetti. |
