#Pour over coffee method
- 28 grams of beans, ground to sand consistency
- pre warm cup with hot water, rinse filter with hot tap water (removes paper taste)
- bloom coffee with 60 grams 195-205F water for 60 seconds, circular pour
- add 355 grams (415 grams total), circular pour
