  1. 28 grams of beans, ground to sand consistency
  2. pre warm cup with hot water, rinse filter with hot tap water (removes paper taste)
  3. bloom coffee with 60 grams 195-205F water for 60 seconds, circular pour
  4. add 355 grams (415 grams total), circular pour

"NOTE: If the water does not easily move through the grounds, your grind is too fine. If it pours through too quickly and produces weak coffee, the grind is too coarse. Experiment a little and adjust to your preference!"
