Liposomal Vitamin-C

Tools

  • Scale
  • Blender
  • Ultrasound cleaning device
  • Spoon (wooden|plastic|glas)
  • Mason jar for storage

The following recipe gets you about 400ml (check the volume of your ultrasound cleaning device).

Ingredients

  • 400ml Distilled Water
  • 30g Ascorbic Acid
  • 30g Sunflower Lecithin (Non-GMO)

Make

  1. Premix 200ml distilled water with the sunflower lecithin. Use a blender to dissolve it.
Let it sit for 2 hours, shake occasionally.

  2. Premix 200ml distilled water with the ascorbic acid.
Use a blender to dissolve it and allow it to sit for ~30 minutes, shake occasionally.
    Make sure it dissolves completely.

  3. Put both mixtures into the ultrasound cleaning device and allow them to set for ~5 minutes allowing them to mix together before starting the device.

  4. Start the ultrasound device for ~30 mins.
While running steer it with the spoon occasionally.
Let the temperature not go above 40 degree.

  5. Fill it into sealed mason jars and store it in refrigerator (~3-5 days).

Intake

  • Drink ~30-50ml on empty stomache (probably in the morning), repeat 3 times in ~30-45 minutes intervals.
  • Wait at least 15 mins before eating anything.
  • Wait ~5 hours after meal before redosing.
