https://github.com/miya0001/vagrant-concrete5/blob/master/Berksfile を https://github.com/torounit/concrete5.gitにしてやれば大丈夫のはず。

Cent OS 6.5でしか検証してないです。Ubuntu 14.04はApache2.4ではまって挫折。
