You have to create a text file called zotero-standalone.desktop in your ~/.local/share/applications/ directory, and copy the code inside. Make sure that the Exec and Icon lines refer to the actual path of your Zotero installation. If you want the program to be available for all the users in your computer, you can create the file in /usr/share/applications/
