Because remapping can confuse the keyboard, we have to temporarily reprogram two keys outside of the left Windows and Left Alt keys that we're trying to work with in order to get the keys swapped like we want. It would be nice if the Armour Crate software would provide a way to specify a known key rather than having us type it-but c'est la vie!
- Open Armoury Crate
- On the left nav, click on the "Device" tab, then select your keyboard from the list
- Click on the "Keys" tab at the top
- Click on the
/ ?key in the Armoury Crate Window, then on the right side of the Window, toggle the drop down fromDefaulttoKeyboard Function - Now, click in the box that says "Click here then press the key."
- Hold down the right
Altkey on your keyboard and press the leftAltkey, you will now see that the/ ?key is set to Left Alt - Click on the
.>key in the Armoury Crate Window, then on the right side of the Window, toggle the drop down fromDefaulttoKeyboard Function - Now, click in the box that says "Click here then press the key."
- Hold down the right
Altkey on your keyboard and press the leftWindowskey, you will now see that the.>key is set to Left Windows - Click on the Left

Altkey on your keyboard and press the.>key on your keyboard, you should now see that the LeftAltkey is programmed to LeftWindows - Click on the Left

Altkey on your keyboard and press the/ ?key on your keyboard, you should now see that the LeftWindowskey is programmed to LeftAlt - Home stretch-click on the
/ ?key in the Armoury Crate Window and then toggle the drop down toDefault - Repeat the toggle to default for the
.>key

To remap the Caps key to ESC, do the following:
- Open Armoury Crate
- On the left nav, click on the "Device" tab, then select your keyboard from the list
- Click on the "Keys" tab at the top
- Click on the Caps key in the Armoury Crate Window, then on the right side of the Window, toggle the drop down from
DefaulttoKeyboard Function - Click on the Eescape key
To remap the ESC key to tilde, do the following:
- Open Armoury Crate
- On the left nav, click on the "Device" tab, then select your keyboard from the list
- Click on the "Keys" tab at the top
- Click on the ESC key in the Armoury Crate Window, then on the right side of the Window, toggle the drop down from
DefaulttoKeyboard Function - Hold down the Fn key and then press Esc to assign the tilde
