I m trying to send sms to the India number from US Number . But it showing
"error": "Destination Phone Numbers need to be verified. Please go to https://manage.plivo.com/sandbox-numbers/ to verify them."
Is it necessary to buy India Number or any process is there.Can you help me it please.

I needed to add this to make it work:
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, TRUE);

not working for me.. No response from the API request.
