By downloading, installing, or using Whisperr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Whisperr is a speech transcription and translation application that allows users to:
- Record and transcribe spoken audio
- Translate transcribed content into multiple languages
- Store and manage transcription/translation history
- Access premium features through subscription
- The App offers subscription-based access to premium features
- Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
- Trial offers are limited to one per user
- Unused portion of free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
- The App records audio for transcription purposes only
- Audio recordings are processed to generate transcriptions and translations
- Audio data is not stored permanently and is only used for immediate processing
- Transcriptions and translations are stored locally on your device and in your personal cloud storage
- Usage analytics may be collected to improve the App's functionality

You agree not to use the App:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To violate any intellectual property rights
- To harass, abuse, or harm others
- To transmit any malicious code
- To interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- The App and all related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
- All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to their respective owners
- You retain rights to your original content
- By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content for providing the service
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy of transcriptions and translations
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the App in the past 12 months
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the App
- Change subscription fees with reasonable notice
- Update these Terms of Use at any time
- Notify users of material changes to these terms
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:
- For violations of these Terms
- For fraudulent or illegal activities
- At our sole discretion with or without cause
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Whisperr regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.
