Anurag: I understand you are willing to cancel your subscription and I can take care of that for you.

Anurag: I see you are having Creative Cloud membership (eenjarig) € 49,99/month plan purchased on 25-sep-2013. May I ask the reason of cancellation ?

Thijs Van Der Vossen: No. Just cancel the damn thing.

Anurag: You are enrolled in an annual plan which offers lower monthly payments and requires annual commitment.   If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you get full refund, after 14 days, you get charged an early termination fee calculated 50% of your remaining contract obligation.
Anurag: It renewed on 25-sep-2015 for the 3rd year and I am getting an early termination fee since it has been more than 14 days of renewal. 
Anurag: I am getting an early termination fee .
Anurag: If you could let me know the reason of cancellation, I can check and help you with our available options ?

Thijs Van Der Vossen: I just want to cancel the account.

Anurag: I am getting an early termination fee of  274.94 euro if canceled now.

Thijs Van Der Vossen: Fine.

Anurag: Just to confirm, it is a one-time fee charged within 24 hours while you will lose access to the apps as well after Oct 25.

Thijs Van Der Vossen: Ok.

Anurag: If you let me know the reason, I can discuss with my supervisor for any exception.
