apt-key has been deprecated and will raise a warning on every apt usage. You can use instead:
wget -q -O - https://dl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub | sudo tee /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/google.asc >/dev/null

I have an issue with the key. Adding
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 4EB27DB2A3B88B8B
should solve it.
