Replace Gratipay content with support me page

README.md

I've been adding Gratipay to my README's for a long time. As a result of Gratipay shutting down, I need to update all of my README content. Here's my strategy:

• Find all repos that are easy to update and worth updating via GitHub search
  • https://github.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=foundry+user%3Atwolfson&type=Code
• Collect all repos into document
• Go through them one by one and process script
  • This is to avoid spamming npm like we did previously when we first moved to Gittip waaaay back when
