thanks for the reply, yeah it is indeed 5 years old, i guess i'm still having issues with the dark mode on windows 10 and was hoping this would've been the solution

Thanks for the comments. As you can see this was made 5 years ago and it was to remove the blue outline in an old version of Windows 10. You can check out this post for more details. However, the issue is no longer there anymore in recent versions.
