Data Deletion Instructions

According to the Facebook Platform rules, we provide the following instructions for users who wish to delete their data from Brain Blitz.

How to Request Data Deletion
Since Brain Blitz is a mobile application, we do not currently have a fully automated web portal for deletion. However, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data by following these steps:

Email Support: Send an email to our support team at [email protected].
Subject Line: Please use the subject line: "Request for Account Deletion - Brain Blitz".
Content: In the body of the email, please include:
Your display name in the app.
The email address associated with your connected Facebook/Google/Apple account.
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your request:

Verification: We may ask for a screenshot of your profile to verify ownership if the email does not match.
Deletion: We will manually delete your user document from our database (Firestore) and your authentication record (Firebase Auth).
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete (typically within 48 hours).
Data Types Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed:

Use Profile (Name, Avatar, Level, Trophies)
Game Progress (Completed Levels, High Scores)
Inventory (Coins, Lives, Lamps)
Facebook/Google/Apple Association Data
Note: If you sign in again after deletion, a valid new account will be created.
