How did you prepare for the conversation?
Wrote down some notes.
How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
We each had an opportunity to work on various aspects of the project which allowed us to have a great learning opportunity.
We were all very accomadating for this to happen and it was something we all appreciated. There wasn't anything difficult to discuss.
What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
Highlighting what went well.
