Activation

Activate with money or with your favorite tools.

Create folders

  • _staging (or M:) downloadCenter
  • (Shortcut) %HOME%\Downloads\localDownloadCenter

Personalization

  • Change host name (with powershell Rename-Computer)
  • remove all icons in start menu
  • unpin all items in task bar
  • Personalization -> Taskbar: disable all taskbar items
  • Personalization -> Start -> Folders: enable Settings, Personal folder
  • Search Settings: Disable search highlights

Feature Settings

  • run dism++
  • change power plan
  • enable developer mode
  • enable remote desktop
  • add more languages
  • Administrative language settings: enable UTF-8 support
  • Install and configure Open SSH server
  • Task Manager: disable startups: Teams, Onedrive
  • log in to MS account
  • Timezone set to UTC
  • Time: set to 24h format
