Oat and Chia Seed Base Recipe

Ingredients

Base

  • Rolled oats (3-4 tablespoons, or according to your diet)
  • Chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
  • Almond milk (amount as needed)
  • Greek yogurt (amount as needed)

Additions

  • Cinnamon (optional, pairs well with sweet fruits; banana is an exception)
  • A pinch of salt (optional, pairs well with fruits like blueberries)

Sweeteners

  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
  • Water from soaked dates (adjust based on the sweetness you prefer)

Best Combinations

  1. Blueberries + banana (recommended; both are rich in vitamins needed after swimming)
  2. Peanut butter + apple
  3. Peanut butter + banana

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by mixing the rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Choose your preferred combination from the options listed above.
  3. Select the appropriate addition based on your chosen fruit combination. (any one)
  4. Add your preferred sweetener. (any one)

Note: You can adjust the fruit choices according to your dietary preferences.
