does it effect compilation time?
Yes it will definitely effect the compilation time.
But in competitive Programming we may miss in including all the header files for the functions which we have used.
In such a situation it is beneficial.

Why does the compiler tell me no define unordered_map when I want use it?
If you use clang or gcc, you need to specify the compiler option --std=c++11 or newer.
