You want to opt for a Retail key rather than an OEM one. An OEM one should be no more than a few bucks because they always get deactivated and you have to buy a new one. Anywhere selling OEM for $10+ is a scam. Stay away from them. Retail is the best though a costs a bit more but worth it because it never gets deactivated. It's a legitimate consumer copy. I always use https://hypestkey.com/product/windows-server-2022-standard/ to buy my keys. They get sent to your email instantly and they're retail keys.
